EXPERT Control Level

To make car radio operation as easy as pos-

sible, numerous settings that you need only

once or occasionally are located in an additio-

nal control level (EXPERT).

Changing EXPERT settings

1. Activate the EXPERT mode

Press the

EXPERT button until the signal

sounds. The display indicates briefly

"EXPERT".

2. Select a setting

Select the setting you wish to check or

change by pressing the r

TUNING t

buttons.

Example: Change the volume limitation

when switching on (function ß?)

Use the r

TUNING t buttons to select

the desired function "ONVOL 13". The dis-

play indicates:

You hear the selected station with the set

volume level.

3. Activate the setting

Briefly press the

¢¢

EXPERT button.

The indication flashes.

4. Change the setting

Use the r

TUNING t buttons to adjust

the desired volume.

The display indicates, for example:

r TUNING : increases the value or

switches the function on.

TUNING : decreases the value or

switches the function off.

Press the respective button repeatedly to

change the value step by step or hold it down

to change the value at high speed.

5. End the adjustment

Briefly press the

¢¢

EXPERT button.

The EXPERT function is displayed perma-

nently again.
