Creating a track memory
You can create a track memory of up to 20 files on different albums (MP3) or up to 20 tracks
(CD-DA) for the current CD in any order you choose and then play them back in that
sequence. A file or track may be stored more than once. Programming is only possible in the
stop position.
Selecting and storing files (MP3 only)
1 Press »PROGRAM« to call up the function.
– Display: »P 01« for the first preset position, »PROGRAM« flashes.
2 Select the album by pressing »ALBUM-DOWN« or »ALBUM-UP«.
3 Select the file you want by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
4 Press »PROGRAM« to save the file.
– Display: »P 02« for the second preset position, »PROGRAM« flashes.
5 To save more files, repeat steps 2 to 4.
Selecting and saving tracks (CD-DA only)
1 Press »PROGRAM« to call up the function.
– Display: »P 01« for the first preset position, »PROGRAM« flashes.
2 Select the track by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
3 Press »PROGRAM« to save the track.
– Display: »P 02« for the second preset position, »PROGRAM« flashes.
4 To store more tracks, repeat steps 2 to 3.
Playing back a track memory
1 Start the track memory by pressing »PLAY/PAUSE

– Playback begins with the first programmed file or track.

3 To play the track memory again, press »PROGRAM« and afterwards »PLAY/PAUSE

Changing the selection of files or tracks
1 In stop mode, press »PROGRAM« until the number of the file or track you want to swap
appears in the display.
2 Select the number of the new file or track by pressing »R-SKIP
8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
3 Press »PROGRAM« to save the new file or track.
Adding files or tracks
1 In stop mode, press »PROGRAM« until the number of the file or track shown in the
display is zero.
2 Select the number of the new file or track by pressing »R-SKIP 8« or »F-SKIP 9«.
3 Press »PROGRAM« to save the new file or track.
CD MODE
