7 Probleemoplossing
Controleer deze lijst voor u contact opneemt met
de dienst. Dit kan u tijd en geld besparen. Deze lijst
omvat regelmatig voorkomende klachten die niet
het resultaat zijn van gebrekkig vakmanschap of
materiaal. Sommige functies die hier worden vermeld
zijn mogelijk niet van toepassing op uw product.
De koelkast werkt niet.
•De stekker is niet volledig ingevoerd. >>>
Voer de stekker volledig in het stopcontact.
•De zekering verbonden met de aansluiting
die het product van stroom voorziet of
de hoofdzekering is gesprongen. >>>
Controleer de zekeringen.
Condensatie op de zijwand van het
koelvak (MULTI ZONE, COOL, CONTROL
en FLEXI ZONE).
•De deur werd te vaak geopend >>> Zorg
ervoor de deur van het product niet te vaak
wordt geopend.
•De omgeving is te vochtig. >>> Installeer
het product niet in vochtige omgevingen.
•Etenswaren met vloeistoffen worden
bewaard in niet afgedekte containers.
>>> Bewaar de etenswaren die vloeistof
bevatten in afgedekte containers.
•De deur van het product werd open
gelaten. >>> Houd de deur van het product
niet te lang open.
•De thermostaat is ingesteld op een te lage
temperatuur. >>> Stel de thermostaat in
op de gewenste temperatuur.
De compressor werkt niet.
•In het geval van een plotse stroompanne
of als het netsnoer wordt verwijderd
en opnieuw ingevoerd, is de gasdruk in
het koelproduct van het product niet in
evenwicht en dit schakelt de thermische
beveiliging van de compressor in. Het
product start opnieuw op na circa 6
minuten. Als het product na deze periode
niet opnieuw start, moet u contact
opnemen met de dienst.
•De ontdooifunctie is actief. >>> Dit is
normaal voor een volledig automatisch
ontdooiend product. Het ontdooien wordt
periodiek uitgevoerd.
•De stekker van het product zit niet in
het stopcontact. >>> Zorg ervoor dat de
stekker in het stopcontact zit.
•De temperatuurinstelling is
incorrect. >>> Selecteer de correcte
temperatuurinstelling.
•De stroom is uitgeschakeld. >>> Het
product blijft normaal werken zodra de
stroom opnieuw wordt ingeschakeld.
Het operationele lawaai van de koelkast
wordt erger als ze in gebruik is.
•De operationele prestaties van het
product kan variëren naargelang de
wisselingen in de omgevingstemperatuur.
Dit is normaal en houdt geen defect in.
De koelkast schakelt te vaak in of
schakelt te lang in.

  • Good day,

    It seems my GWN21210X has gone into Standby mode. The screen display has only lines running across the screen. not temperatures are displayed as usual. Any advise on how to "reset" it?

    I have tried to select buttons, nothing changes.
