5.16 Einfrieren von frischen
Lebensmitteln

Um die Qualität der
Lebensmittel im Gefrierfach
zu erhalten, sollten diese so
schnell wie möglich eingefroren
werden, hierfür können Sie
die Funktion Schock-Frieren
benutzen.
 Lebensmittel die eingefroren
werden, wenn diese noch
frisch sind, können länger im
Gefrierfach aufbewahrt werden.
 Verpacken Sie die Lebensmittel
zum Einfrieren und schließen
Sie diese so, dass keine Luft
hinzukommt.
 Achten Sie darauf die
Lebensmittel vor dem
Einräumen ins Gefrierfach
verpackt sind. Anstattt der
traditionellen Packpapiere
empfiehlt es sich
Gefrierbehälter, Alufolie und
feuchtigkeitsbeständiges Papier,
Plastikbeutel oder ähnliche
Verpackungsmaterialien zu
benutzen.
 Vor dem Einfrieren etikettieren
Sie alle Lebensmittel, indem
Sie es mit der Datumangabe
beschriften. Somit können Sie
die Frische der Lebensmittel
erkennen. Bewahren Sie
ältere Lebensmittel, die früher
eingefroren wurden im vorderen
Teil und benutzen Sie diese
zuerst.
 Eingefrorene Lebensmittel
sollten sofort nach dem
Auftauen verwendet werden
und nicht nochmals eingefroren
werden.
 Frieren Sie keine großen
Mengen auf einmal ein.
