INSTALLATIE EN VEILIGHEID

Onweer vormt een bedreiging voor alle elektrische apparatuur. Ook als de
DVD-speler uitgeschakeld is, kunnen door blikseminslag in het stroomnet
beschadigingen optreden. Trek daarom altijd de netstekker uit het stopcontact
als het onweert.
Gebruik een standaard reinigings-CD om de laseroptiek te reinigen als de DVD-
speler DVD´s of cd´s niet probleemloos kan lezen. Andere reinigingsmethoden
kunnen de laseroptiek onherstelbaar beschadigen.
Houd de schuiflade van de DVD-speler altijd gesloten, om te voorkomen dat
zich stof op de laseroptiek verzamelt.
Bij deze DVD-speler vormen techniek en ecologie een overtuigend
totaalconcept. Er worden bijvoorbeeld uitsluitend ecologisch hoogwaardige
materialen gebruikt. Bijgeleverde batterijen zijn vrij van kwikzilver en cadmium.
Om het toestel na gebruik zoveel mogelijk te kunnen recyclen, is het aantal
soorten materiaal consequent gereduceerd – alle relatief grote kunststofdelen
zijn gemarkeerd. Deze DVD-speler kan gemakkelijk worden gedemonteerd om
servicewerkzaamheden te vergemakkelijken en om de DVD-speler makkelijker
te recyclen.
