3D FUNCTION

Important information about 3D
Function

Watching TV from a close distance for a
long time impairs the sense of sight.

Avoid watching 3D images for long dura-
tions.

Watching TV with active 3D glasses for
long durations may cause headache and
fatigue. Stop watching TV if you feel dizzi-
ness, headache or fatigue.

Do not watch 3D images if you are anxious,
sleepy or tired.

Some people may experience epileptic
paralysis or stroke when they are subjected
to the flashing images or light in certain
television images or video games. Persons
with a history of epilepsy or paralysis
should consult a physician before using 3D
function.

If you experience any of the following
situations, stop watching 3D images and
consult a medical expert. Change in sight,
dizziness, instability, twitch in eyes or
muscles, nausea, confusion, contraction or
cramp, difficulty in concentration. Children
must be asked whether they are experienc-
ing any of the above conditions since they
are more vulnerable to such conditions then
the adults.

3D images can stun audience. It is suggest-
ed for elders, pregnant women, epilepsy
patients and persons with serious physical
disorders to avoid watching 3D images.

Do not use 3D Active glasses for purposes
other than their intended use. Wearing 3D
active glasses for any purpose (such as
sunglasses, protective glasses) may cause
physical damage or impair the sight of
seeing.

Optimum distance of watching should be
three or more times the height of the screen.
Prepare 3D Function

need to put on GRUNDIG AS-3D G glasses
designed specifically.

separately. Please contact your dealer

order to obtain more information for buying

Infrared transmitter is located at the lower
left corner of the display and emits the
signals at 90 degrees in horizontal direction
and 40 degrees in vertical direction.

It may not be possible to obtain 3D effects
when there is an obstacle between the 3D
transmitter and the glasses.
Watching 3D content

The 3D function is supported by the »Air«,
»Cable« and »Satellite« input sources or by
external devices which are connected to the
HDMI, COMPONENT or USB sockets.

At the program sources »Air«, »Cable«,
»Satellite« and »COMPONENT« the func-
tions »Side by Side« and »Top Bottom« are
only supported at resolutions of »1280 x
720p 50/60 Hz«, »1920 x 1080i 50/60
Hz« and »1920 x 1080p 24/30, 50/60
Hz«.

the format and features of the picture (reso-
lution, sharpness and etc) supplied from the
external input.
