Software download –
Updating the software of the satellite receiver
The future-oriented digital technology of this satellite receiver enables updating
of the receiver main software and of the channel lists via the „ASTRA” satellite.
The »On Air Download « submenu informs you whether a new main
software or channel list is available.
Condition for this is that the satellite antenna is directed at the satellite ASTRA
19.2° East.
Follow these steps:
1 Select a satellite channel of the „ASTRA” satellite.
2 Call up the »Main menu« using the »

« button.
3 Select the »Installation« row using the »
,,..
« button then press the
»OK« button.
– The »Installation« submenu appears on the picture screen.
4 Select the »On Air Download « row using the »
,,..
« button then press the
»OK« button.
– The following message appears briefly on the picture screen:
Scanning
Press [TXT] to stop scanning
and then the message:
Searching data group
Press [TXT] to cancel
