Entering names for satellite channels
If a satellite channel is emitted without name, you may enter manually your “own”
channel name.
For this entry, the alphanumeric functions of the numeric buttons on the remote
control are required.
Entering manually a name for a satellite channel
1 Display the »Main Menu« on the picture screen using the »

« button.
2 If necessary, select the »Channel Editing« row using the »
,,..
« buttons.
3 Select the »TV« or »Radio« channel list using the »

press the »OK« button.
– The »TV« or »Radio« channel list appears on the picture screen.
4 Select the fifth symbol »+« (= add channel) in the headline using the »

« buttons then press the »OK« button.
– The »Add Digital Channel« menu with all important satellite data
appears on the picture screen.
5 Select the »Satellite Name« row using the »

« buttons then select the
desired satellite using the »

« buttons.
6 Select the »CH. Name« row using the »

« buttons then use the
alphanumeric functions of the numeric buttons to enter the first position of
the channel name, then press the »

« button, use the numeric buttons to
enter the second position of the name, and so on.
– Up to 22 characters can be entered.
7 Press the »

– The entries made are automatically saved.
