Den trådlösa överföringstekniken

Högtalarna är försedda med ett HF-system vilket möjliggör sändning och

mottagning av ljud- och datasignaler. Kablar behövs inte längre.

Internationella och nationella bestämmelser begränsar HF-mottagningsstyrkan

för att undvika störande radiosignaler som t.ex skulle kunna komma från

grannar.

HF-sändningseffekten uppgår till

10 mW. Detta möjliggör ett mottagnings-

avstånd på ca. 30m inom öppna utrymmen. Detta avstånd begränsas inomhus

– hur mycket beror på vilket byggmaterial som använts.

Undvik att placera apparaten i närheten av metallföremål (t.ex. värmeelement)

liksom i närheten av elektriska apparater som kommunicerar via radio (t.ex.

sladdlösa telefoner).

Eftersom överföringen av ljud- och datasignaler inte sker via en exlusiv

överföringskanal kan det inte uteslutas att det kan uppstå störningar. För att

undvika sådana störningar kan man ändra ljudsignalens överföringskanal.

Det kan hända att personer, väggar eller andra ytor reflekterar radiosignalerna.

Om reflekterade signaler blandas med direkta (icke reflekterade) signaler kan

signalstörningar uppstå. Detta kallas flervägstransmission och kan leda till brus

eller tillfälligt avbrott i ljudåtergivningen. Vid en sådan störning räcker det med

att omplacera högtalarna.
