Neposredno pečenje na žaru
(sl. H)
Neposredno pečenje na žaru je peka hrane na
žaru neposredno nad virom toplote. Ta način je
primeren za jedi, ki se pečejo manj kot 25 minut
(npr. zrezki, kotleti, zelenjava).
Napotek: čas peke lahko dodatno skrajšate
tako, da zaprete pokrov (4) in odprete prezrače-
valni ploščici (3, 11).
1. Odprite prezračevalni ploščici (3, 11).
2. Prižgite kurivo.
3. Razžarjeno kurivo enakomerno porazdelite
po rešetki za kurivo (7) z ustreznim kovinskim
orodjem.
4. Jedi za žar položite na rešetko žara (5).
5. Zaprite pokrov (4) in ga odprite le, da
obrnete jed ali preverite njeno pečenost. Za
enakomerno peko jedi za žar po polovici
časa pečenja obrnite.
6. Dovod zraka regulirajte s prezračevalnima
ploščicama.
Posredno pečenje na žaru (sl. I)
Pri posrednem pečenju se kurivo ločeno položi
levo in desno na rešetko za kurivo (7). Jedi za
žar položite na sredino rešetke žara (5). Jedi
za žar se pečejo počasi in enakomerno z vseh
strani. Ta način je primeren za jedi za žar, ki se
pečejo dlje kot 25 minut ali ki bi se izsušile, če bi
jih pekli neposredno na žaru (npr. pečenke, cele
ribe, ribji fileji).
Napotek: prezračevalni ploščici (3, 11) mo-
rata biti odprti in pokrov (4) mora ostati zaprt,
tako da prostor za peko deluje kot konvekcijska
pečica.
1. Odprite prezračevalni ploščici (3, 11).
2. Prižgite kurivo.
3. Razžarjeno kurivo levo porazdelite levo in
desno po rešetki za kurivo (7) z ustreznim
kovinskim orodjem.
4. Jedi za žar položite na sredino rešetke žara
(5). Zaprite pokrov (4).
Shranjevanje, čiščenje
Nevarnost telesnih poškodb!
Preden izdelek čistite, ga pustite, da se popolno-
ma ohladi.
Nevarnost požara!
Nikoli ne odstranjujte vročega pepela ali še
žarečega kuriva. Pepel in kurivo odstranite šele,
ko sta popolnoma ugasnjena in ohlajena.
Po peki na žaru nikoli ne polivajte mrzle vode
neposredno na kurivo, da bi ga pogasili. V
nasprotnem primeru lahko izdelek poškodu-
jete.
Po vsaki uporabi zavrzite hladen pepel in
očistite izdelek.
Odstranite rešetko žara (5) in jo temeljito
očistite z vodo za pomivanje posode. Nato jo
temeljito posušite.
Z mokro gobico odstranite neočiščene obloge
na izdelku. Če izdelka ne uporabljate, ga
shranite na suho, čisto mesto pri sobni tempe-
raturi. POMEMBNO! Nikoli ne čistite z ostrimi
čistilnimi sredstvi.
Uputa za zbrinjavanje
Zbrinite proizvod i ambalažne materijale
u skladu s važećim lokalnim propisima.
Čuvajte ambalažni materijal (kao što su
npr. folijske vrećice) izvan dohvata
djece. Za više informacija o zbrinjavanju
istrošenog proizvoda obratite se svojoj općinskoj
ili gradskoj upravi. Zbrinite proizvod i ambalažu
ekološki.
Kod za reciklažu služi za označavanje
raznih materijala radi njihova vraćanja u
kružni tok za ponovno korištenje
(recikliranje). Kod se sastoji od simbola za
kružni tok korištenja te broja koji označava
materijal.
