Use quality products with
DIN approval, such as
DIN-approved barbecue
charcoal, DIN-approved
briquettes or DIN-approved
solid fuel lighters.
Put charcoal or briquettes on
the charcoal stand[].
Place one or two solid fuel
lighters on the existing layer
of barbecue charcoal or
briquettes. Light them with
a match.
A white layer of ash should
form on the fuel after about
15 to 20 minutes. This is
an indication that the ideal
cooking temperature has
been reached. Spread the
fuel evenly in the fire bowl[5]
using a suitable metal tool.
Mount the greased grill
racks[] and[] and
start grilling.
Do not prepare food until the
fuel is covered with a layer
of ash.
Cleaning and care

Use a soft, clean cloth for
drying. Do not scratch the
surfaces when rubbing
them dry.
Generally clean the interior
