Assembly
Unpacking the product and
basic cleaning
1. Take the product out of the packaging and
remove all packaging materials and plastic
wrappings.
2. Check to make sure that all listed parts are
included (see “Scope of delivery“).
3. Check whether the product and all parts are
in good condition. If any damage or defect is
detected, do not use the product, but follow
the procedure described in the “Warranty“
chapter.
4. Before first use: Clean all parts of the product
(see “Cleaning and maintenance“).
Carry out the burn-in technique (see “Burn-in
technique“).
Assembling the product
Refer to the illustrations at the end of this
booklet.

Assemble the left side of the rack using
the rear left supporting leg [&], front left
supporting leg [0] and left side wall [)].

Assemble the right side of the rack using
the rear right supporting leg [,], front
right supporting leg [4] and right side
wall [D].
DFit the base plate [-] to the left and right
side of the rack.
ESet up the rack. Fit the back wall [+] to
the rack.
FTurn the rack upside down. Fit the lower
cross member [/] to the rack.
GFit the wheels [6] [8] to the rack. Turn the
rack so that it stands on the wheels.
HFit the upper cross member [.] and the
door stop [3] to the rack.
IFit the gas bottle holder [7] to the rack.

Fit the brackets for rear left supporting
leg ['] and the brackets for front left
supporting leg [(] to the rack.

Fit the door handles [1] to the left
door [*] and right door [5] using the
mounts for door handles [2].
LFit the left door [*] and right door [5] to
the rack.
MFit the burner housing with lid [1] to the
rack.
NFit the brackets for the side tray [8] [%] to
the burner housing.
OFit the left side tray [6] to the burner
housing [1].

Loosen 6 screws from the side burner [;].
Remove the lower part of the side burner.
INFO: This component and the
6 screws are needed again in
step U.
Fit the right side shelf cover [:] to the
side burner.
QFit the side burner [;] to the burner
housing [1].
RFit the side burner cover holders [F] on
the side burner [;].

Fit the handle [G] to the side burner
cover [E].
Fit the side burner cover to the side
burner [;].
TFit the knob mount [B] and the knob [A]
to the right side shelf cover [:].
U
Fit the lower part of the side burner [;].
Connect the gas supply components
(detailed drawing).
VFit the handle [#] to the main burner drip
tray [7].
