PROBLEEM MOGELIJKE OORZAAK OPLOSSINGEN
De motor start of loopt
niet.
Batterij niet volledig geïnstalleerd
(afzonderlijk verkocht)
Verwijder en herinstalleer de batterij (afzonderlijk
verkocht)
De aan-/uitschakelaar bevindt zich
in de O-stand (uit).
Zet de aan-/uitschakelaar in de I-stand (aan).
Batterij moet worden vervangen.
(afzonderlijk verkocht)
Verwijder de batterij en laad ze volledig op met
behulp van de batterijlader (afzonderlijk verkocht)
De thermische
overbelastingsbeveiliging van de
motor werd geactiveerd.
Schakel de luchtcompressor uit, trek de stekker
uit het stopcontact en wacht tot de motor is
afgekoeld.
Een zekering is doorgeslagen of
laadschakelaar is kortgesloten.
Vervang de zekering of reset de laadschakelaar.
Controleer of de zekering over de juiste amperage
beschikt.
Controleer op laagspanning.
Ontkoppel alle elektrische apparaten van het
circuit of gebruik de compressor op een speciaal
circuit.
De luchttankdruk is hoger dan de
huidige drukschakelgrens.
De motor zal automatisch starten wanneer de
tankdruk onder de activeringsdruk zakt.
De veiligheidsklep is open blijven
staan.
Reinig of vervang de veiligheidsklep.
Elektrische verbindingen zijn los.
Laat de compressor door een gekwaliceerd
technicus nazien.
De motor, condensator of
veiligheidsklep is defect.
Laat de compressor door een gekwaliceerd
technicus nazien.
De motor blijft draaien
wanneer de schakelaar
zich in de I-stand (aan)
bevindt.
De drukschakelaar schakelt de motor
niet uit wanneer de luchtcompressor
de uitschakeldruk heeft bereikt en de
veiligheidsklep activeert.
Schakel de aan-/uitschakelaar in de O-stand
(uit). Als de motor niet uitschakelt, trekt u de
luchtcompressor uit het stopcontact. Als de
drukschakelaar defect is, vervangt u deze.
Het compressorvermogen volstaat
niet.
Controleer de luchtvereisten van het accessoire
dat wordt gebruikt. Als deze hoger zijn dan de
SCFM (Standaard Kubieke Voet per Minuut,
pagina 2) en de druk die door de compressor
wordt geleverd, is een luchtcompressor met een
hoger vermogen nodig. De meeste accessoires
zijn gewaardeerd aan 25% van de acctuele SCFM
bij voortdurende werking.
