5.6 Voorschriften voor aansluitingen
1. Lees op de onderstaande tabel 4. voor de juiste benodigde Torque kracht om de
koppeling aan te draaien.

2. Zorg ervoor dat de koppeling recht erop gedraait wordt. Draai de koppeling met de hand vast.
3. Draai de koppeling met een Torque (moment) sleutel vast totdat men een ‘klik’ hoort van de sleutel.
4.De buigradius en de koelleiding kan NIET kleiner zijn dan 100 mm, anders kan de koperleiding stuk
gaan. Gebruik een pijpenbuiger om de koperleiding te buigen!
5. Nadat alle leidingen zijn aangesloten, gebruik stikstof om alles te controleren op lekkages.
-Tijdens het aansluiten van de leidingen op een binnenunit of BU module, trek nooit aan een leiding,
omdat anders capillair of leiding kan scheuren en kan leiden tot lekkages.
-De koelleiding dient vastgezet te worden met beugels. Hang geen binnenunit aan de leiding vanwege
het gewicht.
-Voor de Super Free Match, elke leiding dient gemarkeerd te worden, om later geen fouten te maken
