GARANTIE
Voor iedere claim of after-sales service, uw handleiding met het serienummer tezamen met
het aankoopbewijs (factuur, kassabon) gereedhouden.
Elke aanspraak op garantie zal onderwerp zijn van een
online declaratie, via de website www.service-gre.com,
tezamen met het aankoopbewijs.
Er kunnen foto’s worden verlangd ter justificatie. Er worden
geen geretourneerde goederen geaccepteerd zonder
goedkeuring vooraf. De klant zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor
alle kosten bij het retourneren van goederen (verpakking en
verzending).
