Für die Verwendung von Fernsteuersendern im 35-MHz-Band muss vor Inbetriebnahme bei der für Sie zuständigen Außenstelle der Regulierungsbehörde ein Antrag auf Zuteilung von Frequenzen gestellt
werden. Diese Zuteilung ist personenbezogen, und muss, selbst wenn mehrere Fernsteuersender von einer Person betrieben werden, nur einmal beantragt werden.
Fernsteueranlagen für das 27- und 40-MHz-Band dürfen anmelde- und gebührenfrei betrieben werden.
