I installed the tactic 111.0 timer as per the instructions. When I turned on the power, the clock would not run. I could switch on the pump, that the timer is hooked up to, manually and the pump worked perfectly. The timer would turn on the pump on the programmed times by manually turning the dial. The problem is the clock doesn't run. Please help !
