Bij het loslaten van toets wordt de nieuwe instelling opgeslagen.
OPMERKING: Temperatuur of tijd kunnen gedurende het verloop van het
programma van gecombineerd tijd en temperatuur begrensd snelkoelen op de
volgende manier gewijzigd worden:
Eerst drukken op een van de programmatoetsen tot de lichtdiode
knippert. Daarna de tijd of temperatuur instellen zoals beschreven. Dan drukken op
de programmatoets tot de lichtdiode continue brandt.
Geheugen
Alle instellingen worden in de besturing vastgehouden tot nieuwe waarden worden
ingegeven. Hetzelfde programma kan op deze manier herhaald worden, zonder dat
er opnieuw geprogrammeerd behoeft te worden.
Deurcontrole
Om zo min mogelijk koude te verliezen stopt de verdamperventilator bij het openen
van de deur. Wordt de deur binnen 3 minuten niet gesloten, dan schakelt de
compressor uit. Start de compressor niet direkt na het sluiten van de deur, dan kan
dat liggen aan de te snelle start van de compressor. Zie "Compressor beveiliging".
Compressor beveiliging
Om de compressor en bijbehorende relais tegen overbelasting te beschermen en
daarmee de levensduur van de componenten te verlengen, zorgt de besturing ervoor
dat na het uitschakelen van de compressor het minimaal 3 minuten duurt voordat er
weer gestart kan worden. Bij kasten met 2 compressoren volgt de start van
compressor 2 een minuut later dan compressor 1. Compressor 2 stopt ca. 3
seconden na compressor 1.
In geval van aansluiting aan een separate compressor of centrale installatie wordt
door de electronische besturing van de kast de op de kast gemonteerde
magneetafsluiter geopend dan wel gesloten.
Condensor beveiliging
Wordt de condensor te heet dan stopt de bijbehorende compressor. De rode
lichtdiode gaat branden. Na afkoeling van de condensor dooft de lichtdiode, en de
compressor start weer. Herhaalt zich dit 4 keer dan brandt de lichtdiode continue en
de compressor start niet meer. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en controleer of
de condensor verstopt of vuil is. Is dit het geval dan moet de de condensor gereinigd
worden. Dit kan met een borstel of een stofzuiger. Start de kast daarna opnieuw. Na
ongeveer 1 uur werkt, de kast weer normaal. Mocht de lichtdiode weer gaan
branden; waarschuw uw leverancier.
In geval van aansluiting aan een separate compressor of centrale installatie werkt de
signalering "vervuilde condensor" op het electronisch controlepaneel niet.
