Afvikling af programmer:
Chokfrysning og lager:
Først afvikles og reguleres der efter den indstillede tid og den valgte temperatur for
chokfrysning. Herefter starter en regulering efter temperaturen for lager.
Lager:
Der reguleres efter temperaturen for lager.
Raskning:
Der reguleres efter temperaturen og den relative fugtighed for optøning.
Chokfrysning, lager og gærstop:
For at styringen kan beregne tiden for lager, skal tiden for chokfrysning, gærstop og
tidspunktet for programafslutning bestemmes.
Program eksempel for chokfrysning, lager og gærstop:
Chokfrysningen sættes til 2 timer og -15 °C, lager sættes til -4°C, gærstop sættes til 5
timer og 2°C. Sluttidspunktet sættes til 04:00 om morgenen næste dag. Klokken er
f.eks. 14:45 og programmet startes på dette tidspunkt.
Programskiftet imellem chokfrysning og lager sker klokken 16:45. Programskiftet
imellem lager og gærstop sker klokken 23:00. Beregnet bliver lager tiden 6 timer og 15
minutter.
Først afvikles og reguleres der efter efter den indstillede tid og den valgte temperatur
for chokfrysning. Herefter reguleres der efter temperaturen for lager i den beregnede
tid.
Ved programskiftet mellem lager og gærstop, starter der en opvarmning. Den relative
luftfugtighed for gærstop reguleres i hele perioden efter den indstillede værdi.
