• A la n de la dernière cuisson, débranchez la
ched‘alimentationetlaissezl‘appareil ouvert
pour qu‘il refroidisse.
Entretien
Laissez bien refroidir l‘appareil avant l‘entretien.
Nettoyezleboîtierdel‘appareiluniquementavec
unchiffonhumidié.

Recettes :
Les gaufres de Mamie Käthe
425 g de farine, 210 g de sucre, 200 g de beur-
re, 6 œufs, 1 sachet de sucre vanillé, 1 sachet de
levure, 135 ml d‘eau minérale
Battre les œufs jusqu‘à obtention d’une consis-
tance onctueuse puis incorporer le sucre, la levu-
re et le sucre vanillé.
Faire fondre le beure au bain-marie, puis mélan-
ger le beurre fondu. Y ajouter la farine et l‘eau et
remuer jusqu‘à obtention d’une pâte onctueuse.
La pâte doit être liquide. Si besoin rajouter un
peu d‘eau.
Cuire les gaufres puis saupoudrer de sucre en
poudreoudegranulésenchocolat!
