Garantía
2 años de garantía
Para este producto, el fabricante ofrece una
garantía de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de
compra para desperfectos, materiales defec-
tuosos o defectos de fabricación. Los derechos
de garantía se rigen por los arts. 439 y ss. del
Código Civil alemán. Esta norma no afecta a
los proyectos de ley del Código Civil alemán.
La garantía no incluye los daños causados por
el uso o puesta en funcionamiento del producto
inadecuados, ni los desperfectos que solo afec-
ten de forma mínima a la función o al valor
del aparato. El fabricante no se hace respon-
sable de los daños ocasionados por no descal-
cicar el aparato periódicamente o de forma
insuciente ni por la falta de cuidados. En este
caso, la garantía se considera extinguida. La
garantía no incluye los daños causados durante
el transporte, ya que no nos responsabilizamos
de este. Se excluye el derecho de garantía sob-
re los daños causados por una reparación ajena
a nuestra empresa o nuestros representantes.
En caso de reclamaciones válidas repararemos
el producto defectuoso o lo cambiaremos por
otro nuevo según convenga.
