KRÄUTER
Frische Kräuter in für Ihren Dörrautomat passender Menge
Das Dörren von Kräutern ermöglicht Ihnen, sie zur allerbesten Zeit zu ernten und
ihren Geschmack dann das ganze Jahr hindurch zu genießen. Petersilie, Thymian,
Rosmarin, Oregano, Basilikum und Salbei sind nur ein paar Beispiele für Kräuter, die
sich zum Trocknen eignen. Sie können die Kräuter auch mischen und so Ihre ganz
eigenen Kräutermischungen kreieren.
1. Die Kräuter waschen und mit Küchenpapier trockentupfen.
2. Grob hacken, aber nicht zu fein, denn sonst fliegen sie im Dörrgerät davon. Die
Blätter können Sie nach dem Trocknen von den Stängeln abstreifen.
3. Die Kräuter auf die Tabletts geben – nicht zu dicht, damit die Luft gut zirkulieren
kann.
4. 2 bis 4 Stunden bei 46 °C dörren.
5. Die getrockneten Kräuter in einem luftdichten Behälter bei Zimmertemperatur
aufbewahren.
