Limpieza
Limpie la supercie externa del aparato con
un paño suave y húmedo. En caso de suciedad
incrustada, se puede utilizar un producto de
limpieza suave.
Preservación de la cuchilla
Para conservar un lo que dure por largo tiem-
po y preservar la cuchilla de su aparato Graef,
se recomienda limpiar periódicamente la cu-
chilla, especialmente después de cortar carne
o jamón curados, ya que contienen sales que si
permanecen por largo tiempo sobre la super-
cie de la cuchilla, pueden formar "herrumbre"
(incluso sobre el acero "inoxidable"). Al cortar
materiales de corte con gran cantidad de agua,
tales como tomates o pepinos, se puede for-
mar también herrumbre sobre la supercie de
la cuchilla como consecuencia de no llevar a
cabo la limpieza del aparato o de limpiarlo in-
correctamente (demasiado "húmedo").
Por lo tanto, se recomienda limpiar la cuchilla
inmediatamente después de utilizar el aparato
con un paño húmedo y, en caso necesario, con
algo de detergente. No introduzca nunca la
cuchilla en el lavavajillas. Por un lado, puede
deteriorar el lo y la resistencia contra la cor-
rosión (la sal deteriora la cuchilla), y por otro
lado debido a la seguridad en el manejo de la
cuchilla y al cargar y vaciar el lavavajillas.

der limpiarlo mejor.
