Messerabnahme

Bitte schrauben Sie von Zeit zu Zeit auch ein-

mal das Messer ab und reinigen Sie das Gerät

von innen. Besonders dann, wenn „saftiges“

Schneidgut (Gemüse, Obst, Braten etc.) ge-

schnitten wurden. Behandeln Sie das Messer

mit aller Sorgfalt.

• Nehmen Sie den Schlitten ab.

• Lösen Sie das Messer indem Sie mit einer

Münze die Messerschraube im Uhrzeigersinn

drehen.

• Reinigen Sie die Innenseiten des Messers und

den schwarzen Ring mit einem feuchten Tuch.

• Fetten Sie die Innenseite des Messers (Mes-

serzahnrad) und den schwarzen Ring mit Va-

seline ein. Benutzen Sie weder Speiseöl noch

Magarine/Butter, diese verharzen mit der

Zeit.

• Einsetzen des Messers erfolgt in umgekehrter

Reihenfolge.
