Garantía
Otorgamos para este producto, 24 meses de garantía del fabricante a contar desde
la fecha de venta por fallos ocasionados por defectos de fabricación o de material.
Esta disposición no afectará a sus derechos legales de reclamación de garantía con
arreglo al artículo 439 y ss. del Código Civil alemán (BGB-E). La garantía no incluye
daños causados por una manipulación o uso indebidos, así como por defectos que
tengan efectos mínimos sobre el funcionamiento o el valor del aparato. Además,
no asumimos ninguna responsabilidad por daños que se puedan derivar de un
mantenimiento inexistente o inadecuado, que también extinguirá el derecho de
garantía. Además, quedan excluidos de la garantía los daños producidos durante el
transporte, en la medida de que no seamos responsables de los mismos. Se excluye
el derecho de garantía en aquellos daños cuyo origen esté en una reparación no
efectuada por nosotros o por nuestros representantes.
