Mit diesem Produkt haben Sie ein an erkanntes Qualitätserzeugnis aus deutscher Herstellung erworben. Wir danken
Ihnen für Ihren Kauf. Für dieses Produkt übernehmen wir beginnend vom Verkaufsdatum 120 Monate Her steller-
garantie für Mängel, die auf Fertigungs- oder Werk stoff fehler zu rück zuführen sind. Ihre gesetzlichen Gewähr leistungs-
ansprüche nach § 439 ff. BGB-E bleiben von dieser Regelung unberührt. In der Garantie nicht enthalten sind Schäden,
die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Einsatz entstanden sind sowie Mängel, welche die Funktion oder den
Wert des Gerätes nur geringfügig beeinflussen. Weitergehend sind Verschleißteile wie z. B. Messer, Messerschärfer,
Restehalter etc. sowie Transportschäden, soweit wir dies nicht zu verantworten haben, vom Garantieanspruch
ausgeschlossen. Für die Schäden, die durch nicht von uns oder durch eine unserer Vertretungen durchgeführten
Reparaturen entstehen, ist ein Garantieanspruch ausgeschlossen. Bei berechtigten Rekla mationen werden wir das
mangelhafte Produkt nach unserer Wahl reparieren oder gegen ein mängelfreies Produkt austauschen.
With this product you have purchased an approved high-quality product of German make. Thank you very much
for purchasing our product. Starting on the day of purchase we accept a warranty of 120 months for defects which
can be traced back to manufacturing or material defects. Your legal warranty claims in compliance with section
439 ff of the German Civil Code shall remain unaffected by this settlement. The guarantee does not cover damage
caused by improper use or defects which only slightly affect the function or value of the device. Furthermore, parts
subject to wear such as blades, blade sharpeners, endpiece holders, as well as transport damage, are excluded
from the guarantee provided we are not responsible. We accept no guarantee claims for damage caused by repairs
carried out by anyone other than ourselves or our agents. In case of a justified complaint it shall be our choice to
either repair the defective product or to replace it by a product free from defects.

alla garanzia. Nel caso di reclami guistificati ripareremo a nostra scelta il prodotto difettoso o lo sostituiremo con un
prodotto provo di difetti.

het in ons gestelde vertrouwen. Op dit product bestaat een fabrieksgarantie voor de duur van 120 maanden
na aankoopsdatum, op gebreken die op productie- of grondstoffen terug zijn te voeren. Uw wettelijke
aanspraak op garantie volgens § 439 ff. BGB-E blijft onverminderd van kracht. Niet in de garantievoorwaarden
inbegrepen is schade, die ontstaan is door ondeskundige behandeling of ondeskundig gebruik alsmede gebre-
ken die slechts in beperkte mate van invloed zijn op de werking of de waarde van het toestel. Daarnaast zijn de
garantievoorwaarden niet van toepassing op slijtageonderdelen zoals messen, messlijpers, resthouders alsmede
transportschade, voor zover de schade niet door ons toedoen ontstaan is. Voor schade die ontstaan is door
reparaties die niet door ons of onze vertegenwoordigers zijn uitgevoerd, stellen wij ons niet aansprakelijk. Bij
geautoriseerde claims wordt het gebrekkige product naar ons inzicht gerepareerd of tegen een ander product
omgeruild.

som vi ikke er ansvarlige for. Skader, som opstår på grund af reparationer, der ikke er udført af os eller af
en af vores repræsentationer, er ikke omfattet af garantien. Ved berettiget reklamation påtager vi os efter
eget skøn enten at reparere eller udskifte det defekte eller mangelfulde produkt.
