2.0 Anwendungen
Mit den GRAEF-Elektro-Allschnittmaschinen der Serie ECONOMIC können Sie Brot, Schinken,Wurst, Käse, Möhren,
Gurken, Obst, Gemüse etc. schneiden. Schneiden Sie keinesfalls harte Gegenstände wie etwa Knochen, Holz,
Bleche o.Ä..
Die Maschine ist in der Grundausstattung mit einem gezahnten Schneidemesser (10) ausgestattet.
2.0 Applications
The GRAEF ECONOMIC Universal Electric Slicing Machines can slice bread, ham, cold cuts, cheese, carrots,
cucumbers, fruit, vegetables and so on. Never slice hard items such as wood, bones, metals or similar.
The basic machine version is equipped with a toothed blade (10).
2.0 Utilisation
Les trancheuses électriques ECONOMIC permettent de trancher le pain, le jambon, le saucisson, le fromage, les
carottes, les concombres, les fruits, les légumes, etc. Ne jamais tenter de couper des objets durs tels que le bois,
des os, des tôles ou autres objets du même genre.
En version standard, les appareils sont équipés d’une lame dentée (10).
2.0 Impiego
Le affettatrici universali elettriche ECONOMIC permettono di affettare pane, salame, prosciutto, formaggio,
carote, cetrioli, frutta, verdura, ecc. Non usare in nessun caso l’affettatrice per tagliare materiali duri come
legno, osso, metallo e simili.
Nella versione standard gli apparecchi sono dotati di una lama dentata (10).
2.0 Toepassingen
Met de GRAEF Electrische Alles-Snijders ECONOMIC kunt u onder andere brood, worst, ham, kaas, wortels,
augurgen, groenten en fruit snijden. Maar de Alles-Snijders zijn alleen bedoeld voor het snijden van voedsel, dus
niet voor het snijden van harde voorwerpen zoals hout, beenderen, blik, enzovoort.
De snijmachines worden standaard met een getand snijmes (10) geleverd.
2.0 Anvendelse
Med GRAEF-elektro-universalskæremaskiner ECONOMIC kan De skære brød, skinke, pølse, ost, gulerødder, agur-
ker, frugt, grønsager etc.. De må under ingen omstændigheder skære hårde genstande så som ben, træ, blik o.lign.
Maskinerne er i standardversionen udstyret med takket skærekniv (10).
Abnahme der Messers
Von Zeit zu Zeit Maschine auch hinter dem Messer reinigen. Schlitten (4) entfernen. Lagerbolzen (9) mit Münze
im Uhrzeigersinn lösen. Messer vorsichtig abnehmen. (Abb. 9)

Removing the blade
Also clean behind the blade from time to time. Remove carriage (4). Use a coin to unscrew the bearing bolt
(9) clockwise. Carefully remove blade (Fig. 9).
Careful! Sharp blade!!!
Clean the inner side of the blade with a damp cloth. Grease the point indicated in the photo with Vaseline. Replace
the blade in reverse order (Fig. 8).
Démontage de la lame
Il est bon de nettoyer également de temps en temps l’appareil derrière la lame. Pour ce faire, enlever le chariot
(4), dévisser le boulon de positionnement de la lame (9) avec une pièce de monnaie (une pièce d’1 franc p.ex) en
tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Retirer la lame en faisant très attention (ill. 9)
Attention, lame très tranchante!!!
Nettoyer la face intérieure de la lame avec un chiffon humide.

Di tanto in tanto è bene pulire l’affettatrice anche dietro la lama. Per far ciò togliere il carrello (4) e poi svitare con
l’aiuto di una moneta il perno centrale (9) girando in senso orario. Togliere la lama facendo molta attenzione.

Attenzione, la lama è molto affilata!!!
Pulire la faccia interna della lama con un panno umido.
Het verwijderen van het mes
Het wordt aanbevolen af en toe de machine achter het mes schoon te maken. Eerst de slede (4) verwijderen. Dan
de lagerbouten (9) kloksgewijs met een schroevendraaier of muntstuk losdraaien. Het mes voorzichtig
verwijderen (zie afb. 9).
Voorzichtig, het mes is scherp!
De binnenkant met een vochtige doek schoonmaken.
Afmontering af kniven
Fra tid til anden skal maskinen også gøres ren bag ved kniven: slæden (4) fjernes. Lejebolten (9) løsnes ved
drejning med uret med en mønt (f.eks en 10-krone). Kniven tages forsigtigt af. (Billede 9)
Pas på: skarp kniv!!
Knivens inderside gøres ren med en fugtig klud.
