■ Neem de waterkoker voor het vullen, leeggieten of reinigen van

het basisstation.

■ Schakel het apparaat uit en trek de netstekker uit de contact-

doos wanneer u het niet gebruikt, vóór een onweersbui of wan-

neer tijdens het gebruik een fout optreedt.

■ Trek altijd aan de stekker en nooit aan het netsnoer.

■ Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend binnenshuis.

■ Gebruik het apparaat niet in ruimten, waarin zich licht ontvlam-

baar stof of giftige alsook explosieve dampen bevinden.

■ Gebruik het apparaat niet in een zeer vochtige omgeving of in

de buurt van brandbaar materiaal.

■ Controleer het apparaat op beschadigingen, elke keer voordat

u het in gebruik neemt. Gebruik het slechts wanneer de water-

koker, het basisstation, het netsnoer en de stekker geen schade

vertonen!

■ Laat de waterkoker nooit zonder toezicht wanneer het is inge-

schakeld.

■ Breng geen veranderingen aan het apparaat aan. Verwissel

ook niet zelf het netsnoer. Laat reparaties aan de waterkoker,

het basisstation, het snoer en stekker slechts uitvoeren in een

gespecialiseerde werkplaats. Neem eventueel contact op met

de klantenservice. Door ondeskundige reparaties kan er reëel

gevaar ontstaan voor de gebruiker.

Voorkomen van materiële schade en schade aan het ap-

paraat

■ Zet het basisstation altijd op een droge, vlakke, stevige en hit-

tebestendige ondergrond.

■ Leg het snoer zo, dat niemand er over kan struikelen. Laat het

snoer niet hangen over de rand van tafels of aanrechten. Er zou

iemand kunnen blijven hangen en het apparaat naar beneden

kunnen trekken.

■ Let erop dat het netsnoer niet bekneld raakt, geknikt wordt of

op scherpe randen wordt gelegd en niet in aanraking komt met

hete oppervlakken.
