Problem Potential cause / solution

fresh potatoes. The

fries are not crispy after

cooking.

• Use waxy potatoes. Young potatoes have more water and

must therefore be cooked for longer. It is therefore possible

that they are not quite as crispy.

• The frying basket has been overﬁ lled, ﬁ ll the device with

fewer potatoes.

• The fries have been cut too thick, cut them thinner.

Food has not been

cooked to completion.

• The selected temperature is too low. Set it higher.

• The cooking time is too short. Adjust the cooking time.

• The frying basket is overﬁ lled. Reduce the quantity of food.
