Proper use

• The device is intended for grilling, thawing and heating up food.

• The device is not a conventional fryer that uses oil to fry foods. This device

works with hot air! Do not add large amounts of cooking oil or frying fat to the

tray with the basket insert!

• The device is not suitable for preparing liquid meals such as soups, sauces

or stews!

• The device is not intended to be operated with an external timer or a separate tele-

control system.

• The device is intended for domestic, not commercial use.

• Only use the device as described in this instruction manual. Any other use is deemed

improper. Incorrect operation and improper handling may cause the device to mal-

function and result in injury to the user.

• Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are excluded

from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

■ Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging

material. There is a danger of injury and suffocation!

■ This device may be used by children ages 8 and over as well as

persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capacities or

those lacking experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised

or have been instructed in how to safely use the device and

have understood the risks associated with operating the device.

Children may not play with the device. Children must not perform

cleaning and user maintenance of the device unless they are 8

years of age or older and are supervised.

■ Keep children under 8 years of age and animals away from the

device and the connection line.

■ Only use and store the device out of the reach of children. The

mains cord may also not be accessible for children. They could

pull the device down with it.

■ ATTENTION Burn hazard! During operation, the device beco-

mes very hot. Be absolutely sure that you do not come into con-

tact with the heated parts during and after using the device. Only

touch the handles and the controllers when the device is in ope-
