9. Stel de timer in op ca. 12 17 minuten. Verleng of verkort eventueel de gaartijd
naargelang van het feit of u de groente knapperig of zacht wilt.
10. Vul de mand met de resterende courgettesticks en ga te werk zoals beschreven.
De gaartijd kan naargelang van de grootte van de sticks afwijken van het recept.
Pas de temperatuur en gaartijd event. overeenkomstig aan.
Appel appen
Ingrediënten:
1 – 2 appelen
1 rol bladerdeeg uit het koelvak
50 g bruine suiker
2 el meel
1 – 2 el citroensap
naar believen kaneel
Toebereiding:
1. Appelen schillen, klokhuis verwijderen en in kleine stukken snijden.
2. Stukjes appel, meel, suiker en citroensap mengen en naargelang van de smaak
kaneel toevoegen.
3. Bladerdeeg uitrollen en in vierkante stukken met een lengte van ca. 10 cm snijden.
4. Telkens een eetlepel van de vulling op het midden van de vierkantjes leggen.
5. De rand van het deeg met wat water instrijken en tot driehoekjes vouwen. De
deegrand goed aandrukken.
6. Plaats de mand in de lade.
7. Leg twee appelfl appen in de mand.
8. Plaats de lade met mand in het apparaat.
9. Stel de gaartemperatuur in op ca. 170 – 190 °C.
10. Stel de timer in op ca. 13 – 15 minuten.
11. De appelfl ap moet goudbruin zijn, verleng eventueel de gaartijd met 5-10 minuten,
als de appelfl ap volgens u te licht is.
12. Herhaal de stappen 7 – 11 voor de resterende appelfl appen.
