Gepaneerde stukjes kip
Ingrediënten:
2 kippenbouten of kippenvleugels
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim
1 eiwit
2 el paprikapoeder
1 knofl ookteentje
1 tl zeezout
1 tl rozemarijn
Toebereiding:
1. Knofl ook pellen en met de knofl ookpers persen.
2. Knofl ook, paprikapoeder, zeezout, rozemarijn en paneermeel of het broodkruum
met elkaar vermengen.
3. Eiwit scheiden en in een aparte kom gieten.
4. Plaats de mand in de lade.
5. De kippenbouten of de kippenvleugels in het eiwit dompelen en vervolgens in de
panade rollen.
6. Die de stukjes kip in de mand.
7. Plaats de lade met mand in het apparaat.
8. Stel de gaartemperatuur in op 200 °C.
9. Stel de timer in op 25 minuten.
10. Na a oop van de 25 minuten verwijdert u de lade en dan draait u alle stukjes kip.
11. Plaats de lade opnieuw in het apparaat en stel de timer in op nog eens 15 minuten.
De gaartijd kan naargelang van de grootte van de stukjes kip afwijken van het
recept. Pas de temperatuur en gaartijd event. overeenkomstig aan.
Gepaneerde reepjes kippenborst
Ingrediënten:
2 kippenborst lets
1 – 2 eiwit
ca. ½ kopje meel
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim
1/2 tl zout
1/2 tl peper
Toebereiding:
1. Giet het eiwit, het meel en het paneermeel of het broodkruim in drie aparte schaal-
tjes.
2. Snijd de kippenborst lets telkens in repen van gelijke grootte.
3. Kruid de reepjes kippenborst let met zout en peper.
4. Plaats de mand in de lade.
