Use
PLEASE NOTE!
Always place the product on a dry, at, stable and non-slip surface.
The product should only be used if it has been fully and correctly assembled.
Cutting Sticks, Wedges or Thick Slices
1. Assemble the product in the manner described in the “Changing Inserts” chap-
ter “Lattice Inserts”. Make sure that the correct punch is used!
2. Wash and, if necessary, peel and core the food which is to be chopped up. Larger
pieces should be cut in half if necessary.
3. Place the food with the at side facing downwards onto the lattice insert.
4. Swiftly and rmly press down the lid with punch holder (9), and repeat if necessary.
Do not apply any force!
CAUTION! Cut up food only by pressing down the punch! Do not attempt to push
food through a lattice insert by hand.
Grating, Cutting Julienne Strips or Thin Slices
1. Assemble the product in the manner described in the “Changing Inserts” chap-
ter “Cutting and Grating Inserts”.
2. Wash and, if necessary, peel and core the food which is to be chopped up. Larger
pieces should be cut in half if necessary.
3. Place the food on the pins in the nger guard (5). The grip
on the top of the nger guard is pushed out in the process.
CAUTION! Never slice small pieces of food without the
nger guard. There is a danger of cuts!
4. Place the nger guard across the frame and move it back
and forth with a slight degree of pressure until the food has
been chopped up. As you do this, gradually push down the
grip of the nger guard.
NOTICE: Make sure that the nger guard does not come
into contact with the blades in order to prevent any dam-
age to the blades and the nger guard.
5. When the food has been chopped up, press the grip all the
way down to push out the rest of the food.
