Pikante kippenbouten
Ingrediënten:
4 – 6 kippenbouten
2 – 3 el olijfolie
1 teentje kno ook
1 tl suiker
1 tl chilipoeder of paprikapoeder
naar wens zout, peper
Bereiding:
1. Kno ook pellen en met de kno ookpers uitpersen.
2. Kno ookteentje met suiker, chili-/paprikapoeder, zout, peper en olie vermengen.
3. De kippenbouten met de marinade inwrijven en minimaal 20 minuten laten staan.
4. De kippenbouten op het bakrooster in de middelste positie leggen.
5. Het programma
‘Kip’ starten.
6. Tussendoor de gaartoestand controleren. De gaartijd kan variëren afhankelijk van de
grootte van de kippenbouten. Pas de gaartemperatuur en gaartijd eventueel over-
eenkomstig aan.
Gepaneerde kip letreepjes
Ingrediënten:
2 kip lets
1 – 2 eiwitten
½ kopje bloem om te paneren
½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim
½ tl zout
½ tl peper
Bereiding:
1. Eiwit scheiden.
2. Eiwit, bloem en paneermeel (bijv. broodkruim) in drie afzonderlijke kommen doen.
3. Snijd de kip lets telkens in reepjes van gelijke grootte.
4. De reepjes kip let met zout en peper op smaak brengen, in de bloem wentelen, ver-
volgens in eiwit dopen en in het paneermeel wentelen.
5. De reepjes kip let op het bakrooster leggen.
6. Het bakrooster in het apparaat plaatsen.
7. Het programma
‘Kip’ starten.
8. Tussendoor controleren of de reepjes kip let zijn doorgegaard en eventueel de
gaartijd verkorten resp. verlengen.
