Vorbereitung:
1. Eiweiß, Mehl und Paniermehl (bzw. Semmelbrösel) in drei separate Schälchen ge-
ben.
2. Die Hähnchenbrust lets je in gleich große Streifen schneiden.
3. Die Hähnchenbrust letstreifen mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
4. Die Hähnchenbrust letstreifen im Mehl wälzen, anschließend in Eiweiß tauchen und
in der Panade wälzen.
Kabeljau-Filet mit Kräuter-Knoblauchkruste
Zutaten:
ca. 100 g. Kabeljau-Filet
1 – 2 Eiweiß
1 Knoblauchzehe
ca. 1 EL gehacktes Basilikum
ca. 1 TL Paprikapulver
n. B. Meersalz, Pfeffer
ca. ½ Tasse Paniermehl oder Semmelbrösel zum Panieren
Vorbereitung:
1. Knoblauch schälen und mit einer Knoblauchpresse durchpressen.
2. Knoblauch, restliche Gewürze und Paniermehl (bzw. die Semmelbrösel) in einer
Schüssel vermischen.
3. Eiweiß trennen und in eine separate Schüssel geben.
4. Das Kabeljau let in Eiweiß tauchen und anschließend in der Kräuter-Knoblauch-
Panade wälzen.
Zucchinisticks
Zutaten:
1 Zucchini
2 Eier
½ Tasse Mehl zum Panieren
½ Tasse Paniermehl oder Semmelbrösel zum Panieren
Vorbereitung:
1. Die Zucchini in kleine Sticks schneiden.
2. Die Eier verquirlen.
3. Die Eier, das Mehl und das Paniermehl (bzw. die Semmelbrösel) in separate Schäl-
chen geben.
4. Die Zucchinisticks zuerst im Mehl wälzen, anschließend in das Ei tauchen und in der
Panade wälzen.
