Operation
Before using the appliance for the first time,
clean thoroughly.
Preparation

Place the appliance on a smooth, clean
surface.
Pull out cable from the cord store 9 to
the required length:
1. Remove cable from the two clamping
slots.
2. Pull out/push in cable past the cover
to the required length.
3. Re-attach cable end.
Attach carriage 5 and “sausage end”
holder 8.
Use the rotary knob 1 to set the required
cutting width.
Insert the plug.
Switching the appliance ON/OFF
Risk of injury from sharp blade!
Blade is very sharp. Keep hands clear of
the blade. After switching off, the drive
continues for a short time. After work, set
cutting width to 0.

1. Press the switch-on safety device and
hold down.
2. Simultaneously press ON button until
the power tool starts running.
3. Release the switch-on safety device
again.
To stop the appliance, release the ON
button.

1. Slide the slide 6 to Pos. 2.
2. Pull carriage away from the blade to
the end position.
Place the food which is to be sliced on
the carriage and gently push against the
stop plate.
Slowly slide the food which is to be
sliced against the moving blade.
