Aparat uključite pritiskom na dugme za
uključivanje/isključivanje.
Testo lagano potisnite kućište rezača pomoću
potiskivača.
Traku testa koja izlazi iz aparata prenesite na
tepsiju za pečenje. Traku zatim isecite na
kriške ili trake i razmestite ih po tepsiji za
pečenje.

Da bi koristili te nastavke morate prethodno 1.
izvaljati testo nastavkom za pljosnato valjanje
testenina.
Nakon toga pridržavajte se uputstava za 2.
sklapanje izabranih nastavaka, odnosno
dodataka.
Rastegnute testenine gurajte kroz različite 3.
nastavke za rezanje, koji će testenine iseći na
različite uzorke, i tako izraditi različite vrste
makarona (pogledati sliku D).
Napravljene makarone, odnosno testenine
4.
možete ostaviti do 4 sata da se osuše, pre no
što budu spremni za kuvanje.
KUVANJE TESTENINA
Šerpu napunite vodom do tri četvrt zapremine. 1.
Ostavite da proključa i nakon toga vodu
posolite.
U vodu možete sipati i manju kolinu 2.
maslinovog ulja, koje sprečava da se testenine
međusobno zalepe.
Dodajte testenine i ostavite da vre na laganoj 3.
vatri približno 2 do 4 minuta.
RECEPTI
Osnovno testo za testenine
500 g običnog brašna
4 jaja
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
INTEGRALNE TESTENINE
500 g integralnog brašna
4 jaja
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
CRVENE TESTENINE
500 g običnog brašna
3 jaja
75 g paradajz pirea
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
POSTUPAK
Testo, so, ulje i umućena jaja (pomešana s 1.
paradajz pireom) stavite u radnu činiju za
mešenje testa.
Nastavkom za mešenje umesite testo koristeći 2.
brzinu 1-2 priblno 2-3 minuta, s povremenim
dodavanjem vode ako vam se mavina čini
previše suva.
Isključite aparat, istresite sastojke, te smešu j 3.
jednom umesite ručno, da dobijete glatko i
voljno testo.
Za još bolje rezultate, uvijte testo i ostavite ga 4.
da odstoji priblno 15 minuta pre no što ga
pljosnato izvaljate nastavkom za valjanje
testenina.
Nakon toga zakačite izabrani nastavak za 5.
izradu određene vrste makarona, i postupajte
prema prethodnim uputstvima.
