Savjet: ukoliko želite dodavati sastojke dok se
motor okreće, to možete napraviti na slijedeći
način:
I:TUnutrašnji poklopac na pokrovu vrča
zaokrenite u suprotnom smjeru od kazaljki na
satu.
II. Kroz otvor na pokrovu dodajte potrebne
namirnice u vrč.
Kada ste završili sa obradom hrane, pritisnite tipku
za uključenje/isključenje i isključite rad uređaja,
a zatim izvucite i priključni kabel.
Čišćenje
Priključni utikač izvadite iz zidne utičnice.
Pogonski motor nemojte uranjati u vodu, a ne
smijete ga ni prati pod tekućom vodom iz
slavine. Obrišite kućište suhom ili malo
vlažnom krpom.
Nastavke, odnosno priključke najlakše ćete
očistiti tako da ih isperete vodom odmah nakon
uporabe. Nastavke za miješenje potpuno
rastavite. Pri tom budite oprezni, jer neke
oštrice i lopatice imaju jako oštre rubove.
RECEPTI
Osnovno tijesto za tjestenine
500 g običnog brašna
4 jaja
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
INTEGRALNE TJESTENINE
500 g integralnog brašna
4 jaja
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
CRVENE TJESTENINE
500 g običnog brašna
3 jaja
75 g pirea rajčice
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml ulja
voda po potrebi
POSTUPAK
Tijesto, sol, ulje i umućena jaja (pomiješana s
pireom rajčica) stavite u zdjelu za miješenje
tijesta.
Nastavkom za miješenje umijesite tijesto
koristeći brzinu 1-2 približno 2-3 minute, s
povremenim dodavanjem vode ako vam se
mješavina čini previše suha.
Isključite uređaj, istresite sastojke, te smjesu još
jednom umijesite ručno, da dobijete glatko i
voljno tijesto.
Za još bolje rezultate, zamotajte tijesto i ostavite
ga da počiva približno 15 minuta prije no što ga
plosnato povaljate nastavkom za valjanje
tjestenina.
Nakon toga spojite izabrani nastavak za izradu
određene vrste makarona, i postupajte prema
prethodnim uputama.
