RDEČE TESTENINE
500 g navadne moke
3 jajca
75 g paradižnikovega pireja
2,5 ml soli
2,5 ml olja
voda po potrebi
POSTOPEK:
Testo, sol, olje in stepena jajca (pomešana s
paradnikovo mezgo) dodajte v skledo za mešanje
testa.
Z nastavkom za gnetenje zamesite testo na hitrosti
1-2 priblno 2-3 minute, z občasnim dodajanjem
vode, če je mešanica presuha.
Izklopite stroj, iztresite sestavine ter zmes
pregnetite še ročno, da dobite gladko testo.
Za še boljše rezultate zavijte testo in ga pustite
počivati približno 15 minut preden ga plosko
razvaljate z nastavkom za plosko valjanje testenin.
Nato priklopite izbrani nastavek za izdelavo vrste
makaronov in sledite predhodnim navodilom.
