Pravljenje kobasica - saveti i

upozorenja

Uvek prvo sameljite meso.

• Proverite da li jedan od žlebova na separatoru

odgovara isturenom delu na kućištu rezača.

• Crevo kobasice ostavite da se 10 minuta

namače u mlakoj vodi. Zatim vlažno crevo

stavite na cev za kobasice. Na cevi nemojte

blokirati otvore za vazduh.

• Mleveno meso stavite na podložak.

• Aparat uključite pritiskom na dugme za

uključivanje/isključivanje.

• Mleveno meso lagano potisnite u kućište

rezača pomoću potiskivača.

• Ako se crevo zaglavi na cevi za kobasice,

pokvasite ga vodom.

Priprema voće i povrće

1. Pužnu osovinu, okrenutu s plastičnim delom

napred, stavite u kućište rezača. Zatim u

kućište rezača umetnite konus, a nakon toga u

kućište rezača umetnite model i na kućište

prišrafite navojni obruč.

2. Kućište rezača pričvrstite na pogonsku

jedinicu.

3. Pladanj stavite na vertikalni deo kućišta

rezača.

4. Naprava je sada spremna za pripremu voće i

povrće.

Saveti:

Koristite sveže voće i povrće jer ono sadrži više

soka. Ananas, cvekla, stabljike celera, jabuke,

krastavci, šargarepa, spanać, dinje, paradajz,

nar, pomorandže i grožđe su naročito pogodni

za obradu pomoću sokovnika.

Ne morate da uklanjate tanke kore ili kožice.

Samo debela kora, npr. kod pomorandže,

ananasa i nekuvane cvekle, mora da se ukloni.

Takođe uklonite bele delove citrusa, jer imaju

gorak ukus.
