Rezalica za povrće

Priprema voće i povrće

1. Pužnu osovinu, okrenutu s plastičnim dijelom

naprijed, umetnite u kućište rezača. Zatim u

kućište rezača umetnite konus, a nakon toga u

kućište rezača umetnite model i na kućište

privijte navojni obruč.

2. Kućište rezača pričvrstite na pogonsku jedinicu.

3. Pladanj stavite na okomiti dio kućišta rezača.

4. Uređaj je sada spreman za pripremu kaše voće

i povrće.

Savjeti:

Koristite svježe voće i povrće jer ono sadrži

više soka. Ananas, cikla, celer, jabuke,

krastavci, mrkva, špinat, dinje, rajčice, šipak,

naranče i grožđe posebno su pogodni za

cijeđenje u sokovniku.

Nije potrebno guliti tanku kožu ili koru. Ogulite

samo debelu koru, npr. naranče, ananasa i

sirove cikle. Također uklonite bijelu kožicu s

citrusa jer ima gorak okus.

Kod pripreme soka od jabuke nemojte

zaboraviti da gustoća soka ovisi o vrsti jabuka

koje koristite. Što je jabuka sočnija, to će sok

biti bistriji. Odaberite vrstu jabuka kojom ćete

moći dobiti sok kakav želite.

Sok od jabuke brzo će potamnjeti. Tamnjenje

soka možete usporiti dodavanjem nekoliko kapi

limunova soka.

Voće koja sadrži škrob, poput banana, papaje,

avokada, smokvi i manga nije pogodno za

cijeđenje u sokovniku. Za cijeđenje ovog voća

koristite aparat za obradu hrane, običnu

miješalicu ili miješalicu s rešetkama.

Listove i stabljike, npr. salate, također možete

cijediti u sokovniku.

Sok popijte odmah nakon cijeđenja. Ako dugo

stoji na zraku, sok će imati lošiji okus i manju

nutricionističku vrijednost.
