put the pot in the middle of cooking

boiling switch over to lower capacity
level of cooking zone.
Never use trays from aluminum foil
nor made from aluminum containing
materials.
Do not place things from plastics on
hot cooking zones (spoons, trays,
strainers, etc.), such materials can
easily melt and burn up.
Overheated fats and oils can easily
inflame so be careful, when preparing
meals on fats and oils (fritting, etc.).

Auf heize Kochzonen legen Sie keine
Gegenstände aus Plastik (Löffel,
Schale, Seihe u.ä.), diese Materialien
verschmelzen und aufkleben sich.
Überhitzte Fette und Öle können sich
entzünden, dafür arbeiten Sie bitte mit
Aufmerksamkeit bei
Nahrungsvorbereitung mit Fetten und
Ölen (Frittung, u.ä.).
