indukcijsko kuhalče (frekveno območje indukcijskega kuhališča je 20-50 kHZ) na
njihove vsadke ne vpliva.
Opis naprave
Kuhališče
Kuhalna plošča je opremljena z indukcijskim kuhališčem. Indukcijska tuljava pod steklokeramično
površino ustvari elektromagnetsko izmenično polje, ki prodira skozi steklokeramično ploščo in v dno
posode inducira segreti tok. Pri indukcijski kuhalni površini se toplota ne prenaša več iz grelnega telesa
preko kuhinjske posode na jedi, ki se pripravljajo, temveč se razpoložljiva toplota prenese neposredno na
posodo s pomočjo indukcijskih tokov.
Prednosti indukcijskega kuhališča
Energijsko varčno kuhanje zaradi neposredne prevodnosti energije na posodo (potrebna je primerna
posoda iz magnetskega materiala),
vja varnost, saj prenos energije poteka le, ko je pristavljena posoda,
prenos energije med indukcijsko kuhalno povino in dnom posode z visokim izkoristkom,
zelo hitro segrevanje,
nevarnost opeklin je majhna, saj se kuhalna površina segreje le zaradi toplega dna posode, prevreta
hrana se ne prime,
hitro, natančno uravnavanje dovajanja energije.
UPRAVLJANJE
Posoda za indukcijsko kuhališče
Posoda za indukcijsko kuhališče mora biti iz kovine, imeti magnetne lastnosti in imeti dovolj veliko
površino.
Preveritev posode
Če na vklopljeni kuhalni površini ni posode ali pa je ta premajhna, prevajanja energije ne bo. Če na
kuhalno površino postavite primerno posodo, se nastavljena stopnja samodejno vključi. Dovajanje
energije se prekine, če posodo odstranite.
Druge funkcije
Pri daljši oz. istočasni uporabi ene ali več senzorskih tipk (npr. zaradi posode, ki ste jo pomotoma
postavili na senzorske tipke) se ne izvede nobena funkcija upravljalnika.
Uporabljajte samo posode z dnom, primernim za indukcijsko kuhanje.
