Rauchpunkt verschiedener Ölsorten
Für ein gesundes Braten empfi ehlt Gorenje+, die Ölsorte
auf die Brattemperatur abzustimmen. Jede Ölsorte hat
einen eigenen Rauchpunkt, bei dem giftige Gase frei
werden. Die nachfolgende Tabelle zeigt die Rauchpunkte
verschiedener Ölsorten.
