Place the meat into a smaller
baking tin and place it onto the
baking grill.

When half of the cooking time has
elapsed turn the meat. Preheat the
oven with the door closed. When
cooking at temperatures above
220°C the door must be open or
ajar (protective metal).

2. Cooking time depends on the size,
thickness and how old the animal

rolls and similar in the enclosed
baking pan.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The appliance shall be cleaned with warm
water, liquid detergent and a soft cloth. Never
use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects.
Burnt-on or dried-on stains of food should first
be soaked with water and detergent. Parts
made of stainless steel should be cleaned with
special agents for stainless steel. Use a soft
cloth and apply a thin layer of detergent onto
the dry cold surface. Rub gently in the direction
of the surface finishing.
Heavy stains should be clean with a wet cloth
and detergent and then wiped with a dry cloth
and polished. Never use this cleaning agent for
parts made of aluminum.
Painted surfaces should be cleaned with a soft
cloth liquid cleansers, intended for cleaning
smooth painted surfaces.
