When cooking meat in a tray, make sure there is enough liquid in the tray to prevent the meat from
burning; approximately halfway through the cooking progress, turn the chunk of meat around. When
grilling meat on the grid, insert the deep tray into the rst or second guide; this way, it will serve as a
drip tray (see tips on grilling meat).
Recommendation: Dry the trout with a paper towel. Put some parsley, salt, and garlic into the sh
abdomen, oil it from the outside, and place it on the grid. Do not turn during grilling.

** Vegetables are rst partly cooked and covered in béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Use the
