OPIS NADZORNE PLOŠČE

Start/stop
S pritiskom na ta gumb vključite ali ustavite izbrani program peke.
Program peke vključite s pritiskom na gumb “START/STOP”. Pritisk naj bo dolg 3 sekunde. Zaslišali
boste kratek pisk, dvopičje na prikazovalniku bo začelo utripati in program se bo začel izvajati. Ko se
program začne izvajati, bo onemogočeno delovanje vseh gumbov, razen gumbov START/STOP.
Če želite ustaviti program, pritisnite gumb “START/STOP” (pritisk naj spet traja 3 sekunde). Ko
zaslišite pisk, je program ustavljen.
Izbira programa
V meniju (menu) izberite želeni program peke. Z vsakim pritiskom, ki ga pospremi kratek pisk,
spremenite program peke. Če na gumb pritiskate zaporedoma, se bo na LCD prikazovalniku zvrstilo
vseh 12 razpoložljivih programov peke. Izberite želeni program. Funkcije vseh programov so
obrazložene v nadaljevanju.
1. Osnovni: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka navadnega kruha. Za boljši okus lahko dodate še druge
sestavine.
2. Francoski: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka z daljšim časom vzhajanja. Kruh, pečen po tem
programu, bo imel bolj hrustljavo skorjo in rahlo teksturo.
3. Polnozrnati: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka polnozrnatega kruha. Nastavitev časovnega zamika
peke ni priporočljiva, saj lahko tako dosežete slabše rezultate.
4. Hitri: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka štruce s krajšim časom peke kot pri Osnovnem programu. Kruh,
pečen po tem programu, je navadno manjši in ima gostejšo teksturo.
5. Sladki: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka sladkega kruha. Za boljši okus lahko dodate še druge
sestavine.
6. Super hitro-I: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka 750 gramske štruce v najkrajšem možnem času.
Ponavadi je pečen kruh manjši in bolj grob kot tisti spečen po Hitrem programu.
7. Super hitro-II: enako kot zgoraj, a velja za 900 gramsko štruco.
8. Testo: mesenje in vzhajanje, a brez peke. Testo vzemite iz posode za kruh in oblikujte žemljice,
rogljičke, pizzo ipd.
9. Marmelade: kuhanje džemov in marmelad. Sadje in zelenjavo sesekljajte preden ju položite v
posodo za kruh.
10. Torte: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka tort. Testo naj vzhaja s pomočjo sode bikarbone ali pecilnega
praška.
11. Sendviči: mesenje, vzhajanje in peka sendvev. Za peko kruha z rahlo teksturo in tanjo skorjo.
12. Peka: samo peka, brez mesenja in vzhajanja. Uporablja se tudi za daljši čas peke pri izbranih
nastavitvah.
