Mešajte maslo in sladkor, dokler ne nastane kremasta zmes.
Priporočamo, da na polovici mešanja ustavite sekljalnik ter
postrgate kremo s strani vrča. Ne mešajte predolgo.
Drobljenje

Nalomite na kose in sekljajte, dokler ne nastanejo drobtine.
Drobljenje ledu

Dodajte 1/4 skodelice vode. Za drobljenje ledu uporabite katero koli
nastavitev ali pa 3 do 4-krat zapored pritisnite tipko za trenutno
delovanje (pulse).
Priprava

Mešajte, dokler ne nastane homogena zmes. Med mešanjem lahko
dodajate olje skozi odprtino za dolivanje oz. dodajanje sestavin v
pokrovu.
Sladkor v

Drobite približno 20 sekund za grobo mleti sladkor v prahu in še
nadaljnjih 10 sekund za fino mleti sladkor v prahu.
Mešanje

Sestavine mešajte le toliko, da nastane homogena zmes. Ne
mešajte predolgo.
Pire

Mešajte, dokler ne nastane gladka zmes.
POZOR! Čas sekljanja ali mešanja se lahko spreminja glede na količino sestavin v vrču; navedena trajanja
so le okvirna.
Priročni nasveti za uporabo aparata
Če v omaki za meso nastanejo grudice ali če se
omaka na jajčni osnovi posede, ju lahko rešite s
kratkim mešanjem v sekljalniku.
Hrano, ki jo nameravate dodati v sekljalnik,
narežite na kocke (s stranico približno 2 do 3
centimetre); tako bo zmes bolj enakomerna.
Nikoli na napolnite vrča sekljalnika čez označeno
raven.
Za učinkovito mešanje oz. sekljanje suhih
sestavin boste morda morali prekiniti delovanje
aparata ter sestavine z lopatico postrgati s strani
vrča in jih vrniti na dno.
Kadar pripravljate pire iz zelenjave ali sadja,
kuhanega ali surovega, narežite sestavine na
majhne kose, da olajšate delovanje aparata.
Ko mešate različne sestavine, najprej dodajte
tekočine, nato pa še suhe sestavine.
Vedno se prepričajte, da v sadju ni koščic ter da v
mesu ni kosti, saj lahko le-te poškodujejo rezila.
V sekljalniku ne mešajte vročih tekočin.
Počakajte, da se vroče tekočine ohladijo, preden
jih dodate v sekljalnik.
Ko pripravljate pire iz toplih sestavin, vedno
omogočite prezračevanje vrča sekljalnika. To
storite tako, da po tem, ko zaženete sekljalnik,
odstranite merico iz pokrova vrča.
Nega in čiščenje
Metoda hitrega čiščenja
Napolnite sekljalnik do polovice s toplo vodo in
majhno količino detergenta.
Pritisnite tipko za trenutno delovanje in jo držite 1
do 2 sekundi, nato pa jo spustite. Ponovite 3 do
4 krat.
Nato odstranite vrč in ga sperite pod tekočo
vodo.
Temeljito čiščenje
Odvijte sklop rezila z dna vrča, tako da obrnete
dno rezila v nasprotni smeri urinega kazalca.
