17. Fehlersuche
Wenn Sie vermuten, dass bei Ihrem Receiver ein Fehler vorliegt, überprüfen Sie bitte folgende
Tabelle zur Problemlösung bevor Sie sich an einen autorisierten Fachhändler wenden.
Warnung! Veruschen Sie unter keinen Umständen, den Receiver selbst zu reparieren. Bei
Hantieren des Receivers besteht die Gefahr eines tödlich elektrischen Schlages. Außerdem führt dies
zum Erlöschen der Garantie.

Einstellungen, die Sie im
Menü vorgenommen haben,
werden nicht geändert
Die Stromversorgung des Receivers wurde unterbrochen, bevor
dieser in den Standby-Modus umschalten konnte.
Einige der vom Benutzer gespeicherten Einstellungen können
teilweise oder gänzlich verloren gehen.
Kein Signal
Das Signal ist schwach.
LNB ist defekt
Das Kabel von LNB ist falsch angeschlossen (Kurzschluss oder
offener Stromkreis)
Die Schüssel ist falsch ausgerichtet.
Der Receiver ist eingeschaltet,
aber ohne Bild und Ton; es
erscheint nur die Meldung:
KEIN TV-Programm.
Kein Kanal vorhanden.
Kanal ist verschlüsselt.
Der Receiver nicht reagiert auf
die Fernbedienung.
Die Batterien der Fernbedienung sind erschöpft oder falsch
eingelegt.
Die Fernbedienung zeigt in die falsche Richtung.
Schlechte Bildqualität. Schwaches Signal.
Kein Ton
Kabel ist falsch angeschlossen.
Die Lautstärke ist gering.
Stummschaltung ist aktiviert.
Keine Anzeige auf dem LED
Display
Das Netzkabel ist nicht richtig eingesteckt.
Kein Bild auf dem Bildschirm.
Der Receiver befindet sich im Standby-Modus.
Die Verbindung zwischen der RCA-Buchse oder –Kabel und dem
Videoausgang des Fernsehers ist nicht korrekt hergestellt.
Am Fernseher wurde der falsche Kanal oder Videoausgang
gewählt.
Die Helligkeitsstufe Ihres Fernsehers ist falsch definiert.

  • Because there are no manuals to say how to add a name of a satellite to be put with the command.
    As there is also no manual to tell how the Yutube applies.
    Golden interstar voyager 1 is a good German brand but is very poor in manuals, I say my opinion.

    Porque não existe manuais a dizer como se acrescenta um nome de um satélite ser posto com o comando .
    Como tambem não existe nenhum manual a dizer como se aplica o Yutube.
    Golden interstar voyager 1 é uma boa marca alemã mas é muito pobre em manuais,digo a minha opinião.
    agredecia ter respostas ,para as minha perguntas.Obrigado
