Risk of burns caused by hot parts!
Parts of the device can become very hot during use and may
cause burns. Improper use of the device may also lead to a risk
of burns! It is therefore important to observe the following safe-
ty instructions:
Never direct the stream of hot air at people or animals.

Danger or death by fire and/or explosion!
Improper use of the device poses a risk of serious injury or death!
You should therefore observe the following safety instructions:
Handle the device carefully so as to prevent fire or combus-
tion.
Only use the device in open spaces. Never use the device in
the garage or in places where any petrol or flammable sub-
stances are stored.
Do not use the device in the vicinity of an explosive atmo-
sphere.
Do not direct the heating element (I) at flammable articles (e.g.
gas cylinders). Keep away from ignition sources. Do not smoke.
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
Position the device above weeds as shown in figure 6.
Do not hold the unit in the same place for too long, but pull it
slowly toward you.
Heat can be transmitted to combustible materials that are
concealed.
2.5 Risk of material damage
Material damage may be caused to the device
as a result of improper use!
You should therefore observe the following safety instructions:
Protect the device from sunlight and frost.
